Rachelle hogtied with hiatts

Rachelle has been a very naughty girl. Master has hogtied her with Hiatt handcuffs and left her to stew while he fetches his stickhe intends to give her a damn good caning. Why she is bothering she doesn't know - because it never works - but she feels to at least attempt to escape. Especially as in this case she really doesn't think the caning is warranted.
