Four ladies go to Dr. Boobsie Boo, a self-described "boob doctor," who says she can expand women's breasts using a unique duct tape method. The females are instructed to sit on chairs with their chests protruding. The girls are surprised to find that the five-hour treatment will keep them confined to their recliners with no opportunity to use the restroom. The doctor creates a constricting head encasement for each female using brown packing tape to calm them down.
