Not a bad ass

Regan has a friend "Venom" who is proud of being in a gang of sorts and who definitely thinks he is a bad ass. Regan has a suspicion that he is ticklish and challenges him to a little bondage if he thinks he is so tough. He doesn't know what she is going to do, maybe something kinky, and is definitely surprised when she starts tickling him and threatens to expose to all of his friends what a giggling sissy he is.
