Trainingsstrafe, tag 1 - Pushups

We're going to do a series of Workout Punishments. If you're a good boy and you push yourself to your limit for the day, maybe I'll give you a reward. Until then, you have to work out as much as I command. When I demand you exercise, you better get your ass in gear! Don't forget to stretch and hydrate.
