Today, I experienced some intense yawning that took me by surprise. As I opened my mouth wide, I felt a rush of saliva escaping, a clear indication of just how tired I must be. It's a strange sensation, but one that reminds me of the importance of listening to my body's cues and taking the time to rest when needed.
