Mixed punishment for the slave

Mistress Anette enjoys her cigarette on the sofa, she glances to her left occasionally, where her slave is kneeling in the corner, waiting for her to punish him. When she almost finished the cigarette, she orders him to herself to eat the remains of it, but only before he licks the soles of her platform sandals clean. Then she starts smacking his face with her strong hands to finish the punishment with something distressing.
