sit here trying to go, Im backed up a bit constipated but have big sore hemorrhoids, every time I push they hurt more and more. I get out my cream and push grunt struggle strain and ache. Then someone knocks on the door, rudely bugging me. I ask them to leave, but knock after knock. Let me go in peace here! Im so embarrassed
