My stepdaughter came to me the other day while her step-mom was out of town for a few days. She was devastated because her latest boyfriend broke up with her, leaving her filled with self-doubt about whether she was hot or not. I was actually kind of relieved that he broke up with her, because he was kind of a jerk in my opinion. I stay out of my stepdaughter's life though, so I rarely give my opinion unless asked.
