Exercising outside in the morning made me empty my bladder quickly

I just got to a remote location and changed into my new denim bodysuit in the car. but.. I made a mistake. I forgot to pee when I left the house, so.. jumping up and down during the workout makes me want to pee, but.. I just sit and pee on the cement block and hope no one who walks by sees me. But when I got wet, I had to change. Luckily I have a spare pair of panties.
